David Mason Resigns From Board of Directors of IEC

Intra energy has announced that David Mason has resigned from the Board of Directors of Intra Energy Corporation (IEC). He has been appointed as MD of another resources company so as to prevent any conflict of interest he resigned from the post of Non- Executive Director.

However the board has expressed its gratitude for his assistance in developing IEC and Ngaka Coal field in Tanzania.
