US Geothermal searching for new CEO

U.S. Geothermal announced that the company is searching for new CEO to take over after the term completion of current CEO Dennis Gilles on July , 2017.

The company also mentioned that they will not extend the employment agreement with Dennis  as CEO but are discussing for a role as an outside advisor to the Company.

An Executive Committee established by the Board of Directors will be overseeing the search for a new CEO and will guide the company on key strategic initiatives and capital allocation.

Mr Gilles said that it has been an honour for him to work with the talented employees of U.S. Geothermal since last 4 years. The Company is on a strong growth path as it continues to execute on its available development projects and examine numerous strategic opportunities. He look forward to being an ongoing part in that growth story as an outside advisor to the Company.
