TAES Named Frank Avery Executive VP & COO of Thermal Services

Toshiba America Energy Systems Corporation (TAES) has appointed Frank Avery as Executive VP & COO of its Thermal Services, reporting to Fumio Otani, interim TAES President and CEO. Avery will oversee all thermal services functions including the shared services organization from the company’s service center in West Allis, Wisconsin.

Before TAES Avery served for several years as President of the Power Plant Services division of EthosEnergy, a joint venture between Wood Group and TurboCare/Siemens. He spent two years as COO for Power Industry Consultants, Inc., in Atlanta, Georgia, and his experience also includes various roles of increasing responsibility at General Electric’s Contractual Services business, Stewart & Stevenson Operations, Inc, and more than six years as a Gas Turbine Systems Electrician in the United States Navy.
