Sonnedix acquires 7 MW PV plant in Spain

Sonnedix announced that the acquisition of the 7 MW Olmeda plant from Sunflower Sustaintable Investments Ltd and Shikun & Binui Ltd has increased its operating capacity in Spain to 145MW.

The ground-mounted PV plant is located in Cuenca, Spain. The acquisition is the first successful result of partnership of Sonnedix and the Vela Energy management team.

Sonnedix Group is majority owned by institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

Sonnedix and Vela Energy were advised by Perez Llorca and Uria Menendez (legal), G-Advisory (technical) and Deloitte (accounting/tax).
