PM Narendra Modi lay the foundation stone of NTPC Hydro Engineering College

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi Laid the foundation stone of Hydro Engineering Colllege set by NTPC. The college will provide B-tech courses in mechanical, electrical, civil and computer science disciplines of Engineering. The setting up of the college will go a long way in promoting hydro sector and exploring its potential in the state and country, which will give boost to industrialization of the state and facilitate self-employment amongst the youth.

On this Occasion Himachal Pradesh Governor, Acharya Devvrat , Virbhadra Singh (CM), Jagat Prakash Nadda (Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare) and  G.S. Bali (Minister of Transport, Food and Civil Supplies, Technical education)  were present with the other leading dignitaries from the state.
