ENGIE announces O&M agreement with Manchester-Boston Regional Airport
ENGIE Services LLC announced that it has secured an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract with Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) in New Hampshire.
The contract initially spans five years and has five, two-year extension options to total 15 years. As of September 1, 2016, ENGIE Services will deliver integrated O&M services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) for the entire airport, which totals more than one million square feet of terminals, a rental car center, and retail and office space as well as secure, critical environments. ENGIE Services will also maintain the passenger boarding bridges and baggage handling system.
The ENGIE Services and MHT contract further cements ENGIE Services’ growing geographical footprint in New England and the northeastern United States.
William Beckwith, ENGIE Services Account Manager, commented, “We are excited to demonstrate ENGIE’s expertise and robust service offerings, while helping to optimize the performance of Manchester-Boston Regional Airport’s critical infrastructure.”
MHT’s two million-plus annual visitors will benefit from a more efficient computer management maintenance system that will expedite response times to maintenance and facility management work requests. Locally sourced maintenance professionals will assist the existing MHT staff with the common goal to provide smooth, uninterrupted service for MHT’s major airlines and travelers.
