Con4Mare to provide marine warranty services at Borkum Riffgrund 2 project

Dong Energy nominated Con4Mare to provide marine warranty services at Borkum Riffgrund 2 Offshore 450MW wind project.

The project consist of total 56 Foundations splitted in 20 Suction Bucket Jacket (SBJ) and 36 Monopiles (MP)and their corresponding transition Pieces (TP). MHI Vestas  offshore will supply the 6 WTG’s of the type V164-8.0 MW. One inner park offshore substation will collect the electrical energy from the wind farm for transmission to HVDC transformer, which transforms it to a higher voltage level ensuring a low-pass transmission to shore.
