Come 2018, SolarMax Technology to develop Solar in China
American private company, SolarMax eyes providing large scale solar to china come 2018 with 150 MW of capacity and another 100MW to be offered online in June.
Following a gigantic pollution free programme endorsed by Chinese government leaders, SolarMax embarked on massive expansion since 2015 spreading in Asia. The company gained the rights to develop and provide ongoing maintenance and operations for several utility-scale projects in the inland province of Guizhou. Another 50MW are planned there in early 2018, while the company builds out another 50MW project in the Ningxia region.
Mr. Hsu, founder claimed “We see tremendous opportunities in China to capitalize on them; however, you not only need to know market dynamics, but a deep understanding of the unique cultural and political dimensions to doing business there. I think you can see that in the partnerships we’ve formed as well as the way we’ve structured our operations.”
For the convenience of the homeowners enabling them to switch over to solar, SolarMax partnered with banks, utilities and the Chinese central government at zero upfront costs. Therefore 2018 will witness Asian presence of SolarMax Technology.
