Bee’ah to incorporate 50 Electric Tesla Semi-Trucks in the Middle East
In a bid to ensure adequate quality of life in the Middle East, Bee’ah purchases the first and largest fleet of Tesla Semi trucks in the Middle East. The declaration was followed by Bee’ah’s partaking the “World Future Energy Summit” vowing to endorse sustainability at Abu Dhabi from 15th to 18th January 2018.
The company intends to purchase 50 Tesla’s all electric fleet post its launch slated on November 16 thereby committing to its mission of resorting to sustainable means of development. These Electric semi trucks set to hit roads from 2020, utilize waste collection and transportation of materials for recovery eventually contributing to Bee’ah’s 1,000 fleet plying currently. The company wishes to advance its aim by mitigating Carbon footprint leading to production and operation of eco-friendly transport means.
Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO of Bee’ah commented: “Sustainability is at the very core of what we do, and the pursuit of this feeds into every level of our organization. That is why we have made this investment in our transportation fleet, which occurs with a view towards a larger goal – achieving the objectives of the National Agenda for UAE Vision 2021,” added Al Huraimel.
Bee’ah is also bringing Tesla’s world-leading Powerpack Battery Technology to its state-of-the-art net zero energy headquarter consequently signaling a commendable initiatives in the regard for constructing buildings powered solely by renewable energy.
