Arctech Solar provided 46MW racking system to solar plant in Japan
Arctech Solar provided 46MW racking system to a solar plant in Gunma, Japan. Arctech Solar set to bring on board a fixed-mounting structure possessing more adjustable joints to the Japanese market.
The 46MW Gunma project is anticipated to commence operation in early 2019, once it connected to the local power grid, it will start power generation for local residents. Given the project is being set up on a golf course in hilly terrain, Arctech Solar supplied its single pole solution to this project. With the unique design of joints and adjustable connectors, the single pole structure can adapt well to N-S and E-W slopes. The single pole solution brings significant economic value to the investors by minimizing the field installation labor cost.
Mr. Guy Rong, president of Arctech Solar’s international business, said: “We are excited with the progress that Arctech Solar is making on the development and construction of projects in Japan. Also, I am proud of the strong partnerships that we are building with reputable Japanese companies to develop, build and operate solar plants. In future, we will certainly remain committed to providing Japan PV market with efficient and economic solar tracking and racking systems.”
